As far as I know, the Netgear ProSafe VPN Client software is a Netgear branded version of SoftRemote. I am unable to get the VPN Client to install in Win 7 for VPN connections. It installs just fine in Vista SP2. I have tried every install mode in Win 7: Vista, Vista SP1, Vista SP2, Win XP. No joy.

I changed the SSL-VPN client address range to a different subnet (192.168.6.251-254) and was able to access the network drives by typing the share path in windows explorer.
